2. Reisebericht Bosnien
Meine Partnerin Silvana und ich waren vor gut 2 Wochen wieder in Bosnien. Unser Aufenthalt hatte mehrere berufliche Gründe. Neben viel Organisatorischem ging es natürlich darum, die Lage rund um Corona zu beobachten, einzuschätzen und evtl. Lösungen zu finden.
Wir waren mit dem Flugzeug unterwegs. Das ganze Prozedere bzgl. Ein- und Ausreise war recht interessant. Was die Testungen anging gab es keine Probleme. Ich habe mich bereits 4 Mal testen lassen u.a. auch aus Neugier, daher auch an unterschiedlichen Orten.
In Bosnien werden ebenfalls Testungen gemacht, die ich bei der nächsten Reise präferieren werde, da ich mir dann die Wartezeit in Deutschland erspare.
Vor Ort Situation:
Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafés alles wie sonst, nur eben ohne fremdsprachige Touristen. Früher vor dem Pyramidenboom ist man ja auch klargekommen – so sieht es jetzt auch aus. Würde man in Hotels und Geschäften nicht das Personal mit Maske sehen, es wäre nichts anders. Die Leute sind entspannt, leben wie vorher auch. Eine strenge Maskenpflicht gibt es hier nicht.
Sonst ist es einfach nur herrlich! Die Natur, das Essen und natürlich all die Aspekte welche das Pyramidental zu bieten hat. Nur die Wochenenden sind, seit der Tennisstar Novak Djokovic dort war, gut besucht mit Gästen aus Serbien, Kroatien und allen Teilen Bosniens. Das füllt wenigstens die vorerst leeren Kassen der Pyramiden Stiftung wieder etwas, um auch bspw. weitergraben zu können. Unter der Woche herrscht dort jedoch komplette Leere.
Für unsere geplante Mystiktour geht es an diverse Plätze wie auch das geheimnisvolle Hajducka Vrata, wo wir die Zeit genutzt haben auch diesen Ort noch etwas genauer zu erkunden. Video hierzu folgt. Wir haben ein paar spannende Details entdeckt, die uns keiner der Einheimischen erklären konnte, welche dennoch recht eindeutige Aussagen in sich tragen.
Wir haben ein Videointerview mit Dr. Sam Osmanagic gemacht, um einfach einen kleinen Überblick zu bekommen, was sich alles so ergeben hat in der letzten Zeit. Dazu gibt es noch einen Hinweis die Tage.
3. Unser Reisekonzept steht – wir starten wieder!
Im letzten Newsletter habe ich klar Stellung bezogen, dass wir bei Reisewarnung keine Touren anbieten – da es keine Reisekrankenversicherung gibt. Dies konnten wir jetzt lösen und über unser Hotel eine entsprechende Versicherung mit einem Versicherungsunternehmen aushandeln. Diese Versicherung ist für unsere Teilnehmer kostenfrei. Ebenso sind die Tests vor und nach bzw. während der Reise in Bosnien inkludiert. Unser gesamtes Konzept ist so, dass eine Möglichkeit einer Infektion extrem minimiert wird. Wir haben kleine Gruppen, zudem ist unser Hotel und Restaurant ausschließlich für unsere Teilnehmer geöffnet, und einiges mehr.
Wir freuen uns, dass es Menschen gibt, die unserem Konzept vertrauen, sodass die Reise für den 22.08. bereits ausgebucht ist. Die weiteren Termine seht ihr auf Geoviva.de/Termine
Natürlich hoffen wir weiterhin, dass ab 01.09. das Reisen wieder „normal“ möglich sein wird. Aber derzeit sieht es danach eher nicht aus.

2 Travel report Bosnia
My partner Silvana and I were back in Bosnia a good two weeks ago. There were several professional reasons for our stay. In addition to a lot of organizational matters, it was of course a matter of observing and assessing the situation around Corona and, if necessary, finding solutions.
We were traveling by plane. The whole procedure regarding entry and exit was quite interesting. There were no problems with the tests. I have already had myself tested 4 times, also out of curiosity, therefore also in different places.
Tests are also carried out in Bosnia, which I will prefer on my next trip, as I will then save waiting time in Germany.
On-site situation:
Shops, restaurants, cafes, everything as usual, only without foreign-speaking tourists. Before the pyramid boom, they got along well – that’s how it looks now. If you didn’t see staff wearing masks in hotels and shops, nothing would be different. The people are relaxed and live as they did before. There is no strict mask requirement here.
On the other Hand it’s just wonderful! The nature, the food and of course all the aspects that the Pyramid valley has to offer. Only the weekends have been well attended with guests from Serbia, Croatia and all parts of Bosnia since tennis star Novak Djokovic was there. That at least fills the initially empty cashbox of the Pyramid Foundation a little, so that, for example, they can continue digging. During the week, however, there is complete emptiness there.
For our planned mystic tour we go to various places such as the mysterious Hajducka Vrata, where we used the time to explore this place a little more closely. Video will follow. We discovered a few exciting details that none of the locals could explain to us, but which nevertheless contain quite clear statements.
We did a video interview with Dr. Sam Osmanagic just to get a little overview of what has happened lately. There will inform you soon about it.
3. Our travel concept is ready – we’re starting again!
In the last newsletter I made a clear statement that we would not offer any tours if there was a travel warning – as there is no travel health insurance. We have now been able to solve this and negotiate appropriate insurance with an insurance company through our hotel. This insurance is free of charge for our participants. The tests before and after or during the trip in Bosnia are also included. Our entire concept is that the possibility of infection is extremely minimized. We have small groups, our hotel and restaurant are only open to our participants, and much more.
We are happy that there are people who trust our concept, so that the trip for the 22.08. is already fully booked. You can see the other dates at Geoviva.de/Termine
Of course we still hope that from 01.09. it will be possible to travel „normally“ again. But it doesn’t look like that at the moment.
